HIKKOSHI OMAKASE Series

The "HIKKOSHI OMAKASE Pack 2" is a software which allows you to transfer data from one PC to another. With this software, transferring your old PC environment to your new PC, is as simple as connecting the 2 PC'S with a LAN cable, and choosing which data to carry over (LAN cable included in package).

Main Features

Transfer entire PC environment in a mere 3 steps.

• STEP 1.
  First, connect the two PC's which you want to transfer data, using the LAN cable included in the package. Then choose which PC to transfer data TO and which to transfer FROM.
• STEP 2.
  Next, choose the type of data transfer you prefer (ie. partial transfer or complete transfer).
• STEP 3.
  Finally simply press "transfer" and the transfer is complete.

Even if the two PC's are running on different operating systems, network configurations are set automatically, so the new PC environment is very close to the old PC environment.

Transferring E-mail and Internet settings*

A new feature which has been added in this version, allows users to transfer E-mail and Internet settings from their old PC's. With this feature, settings for Internet Explorer (6.0/7.0) and E-mail are automatically transferred, and users no longer have to go through the hassle of having to reconfigure their settings.

Transferring data to Windows Vista

Since files/settings can be transferred from different opertating systems, this is the ideal solution for people who want to transfer their old PC environment to the new Windows Vista platform. Also, since there are no configurations required for connecting the 2 PC's, transferring data is as easy as connecting the 2 PC's with a LAN cable.
