（2）Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the Company deems user information to fall under any of the following items, the Company may provide the personal information to third parties by giving its very best attention to the user’s right and interest:

1. if the user gives his/her consent;
2. if the provision to third parties is required by laws and regulations;
3. if it is necessary to protect human life, body or asset but it is difficult to obtain consent from the user;
4. if it is specifically necessary to improve public health and promote sound development of children but it is difficult to obtain consent from the user;
5. if it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies or local public agencies or persons to provide services thereto conducting what laws and rules set forth, and if an attempt to obtain consent from the user is likely to interfere with the conduct; or
6. if user information is processed to data in a format not to identify any individual.

Please confirm this Application Privacy Policy and understand the content hereof before using the Product and the Service. Users are requested to confirm this Application Privacy Policy upon installing the Product or activating the Product for the first time.

This Application Privacy Policy shall be applied only to the Product and the Service. This Application Privacy Policy shall be published on the screen to install the Application or to activate the Application for the first time. The Company shall not be responsible for handling of user information on any outside URL address or individual URL address, etc. of business operators other than the Company to be linked from the Product and the Service.

The Product is not directed at children. If you are under 18 or otherwise would be required to have parent or guardian consent to share information with the Company, you should not send any information about yourself to us. As required by law, if a person under 13 submits information through any part of the Product, and we learn the person submitting the information is such a child , we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 1. The Company may amend this Application Privacy Policy due to revision to laws and regulations, etc.
2. When the items of user information to be collected are changed or added, the purpose of use is changed, or the matters with respect to the provision to third parties, etc. are changed, as a result of version upgrade of the Product, the Company shall inform you to that effect in a method stipulated by the Company, and if the change is significant, the Company shall ask for your consent again before your installing, or upon your installing or your first activation of the upgraded Product.
