Personal Information Protection Policy

(1) When collecting personal information, we collect the necessary range of information after clarifying the purpose of use, notify or publicize the purpose of use, and use it within the scope of it.
(2) We will not provide the collected personal information to any third party, except when it is based on laws and regulations, obtained the consent of the person in question in advance, or when entrusting the third party with its business. In accordance with the " Requirements for Compliance Program on Personal Information Protection (JISQ15001)" established by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and other laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, we have established a compliance program "Legal And Practical Compliance Plan" formulated in-house and will be informed and thorough to our officers, employees, temporary employees, and subcontractors.
In addition, we will review this at least once a year (at the beginning of the business year) and if necessary, improve the above as issues arise, and improve protection system for personal information according to the nature of business and the trend of the times through education and audit, based on the leadership of persons in charge of personal information.

(2) We comply with the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures”, the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”, and the “Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (Business Organization)”, and handle specific personal information appropriately.
(3) We will separately establish and comply with "Bylaws concerning the handling of specific personal information" with respect to safety management measures of specific personal information. In addition, we will endeavor to continuously improve the handling of specific personal information.
